Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 hours before the session.

No-Shows:

No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee. We can only serve cancellations or reschedule requests if they adhere to our cancellation policy.

How to Cancel:

Both cancellations and rescheduling can only be processed by calling The Sauna District.
